Software Installation

The CI-110 software arrives pre-installed on a tablet computer. The CI-110 software can be installed on another computer, either for field use or to analyze images later, and the following steps should be repeated on each computer used with the CI-110 Plant Canopy Imager.

To check for updates on software, navigate to the software support link below, or within the Plant Canopy Analysis Software under Advanced Settings > Check for Updates (internet connection required).

The instructions for installing CI-110 Plant Canopy Analysis Software version 6.0 are the same for Windows 7, 8 and 10. The current version of CI-110 software can be downloaded from the web at: https://www.cid-inc.com/support/CI-110/software/

Navigate to the webpage and select the download for the “current version” of software or software version compatible to your unit serial number. Run the .exe file to install the software. Follow the prompts to download and install the software on your PC.
