Customer Service Representatives answer questions about specifications and pricing, and sell all of the Felix Instruments products. Customers sometimes find that they need Felix Instruments to upgrade, recalibrate or repair their system. In order for Felix Instruments to offer these services, the customer must first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
